Please ensure that all people attending your booking arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before your party is due to commence. We are extremely busy on Saturdays and Sundays; therefore, any late arrivals may not be able to participate in the game session as we must keep to time to prevent delays for other customers parties and bookings. Please be aware refunds will not be given for late arrivals.

We will always email your booking confirmation to you, however there may be some instances where you may not receive your booking confirmation. This could be due to your email provider filtering/flagging the email as junk/spam, so please ensure you check your junk/spam folders first.

If your booking confirmation isn’t there, please send us a message using our contact form, so we can check we have the correct contact details (email address) for you and we will re-send your booking confirmation to you.

Yes you can, as long as spaces are available. Please email us with the number of additional players you would like to add onto your booking. Please note, that the closer it gets to the date of your booking, the less likely there will be available spaces to book, so let us know of any additional players as soon as possible please.

Because of the nature of the game and the size of the equipment (depending on game type), Laser Quest is not deemed suitable for Children under the age of 6. We also require players to be a minimum of 1.1m tall.

Each game session lasts 20 minutes, which includes a 5-minute briefing.

Laser Quest is completely safe, and is a non-contact activity, meaning that, at no time, is there any physical contact. The laser beams emitted from the phasers are also completely safe too. Our staff are fully trained and will give clear, detailed and easy to understand game briefing and safety rules before the game session starts.

Any parents who are concerned about safety are welcome to assist in supervising the game in the arena.

When you arrive, the person who made the booking will need to check-in at Mission Control (reception). Every player on your booking must be at the venue at least 15 minutes before your party is due to commence.

Each player will need to choose a nickname before the game starts, and you will be issued with a special phaser energiser key with your nickname programmed to the key.

You will then be taken to the Air Lock where you will be briefed on the game objectives and safety rules by a crew member. Once you have been briefed and are kitted up, it’s time to enter the arena and let battle commence!

Our most popular package consists of two 20-minute game sessions of Laser Quest (with a 20-minute break in between when squash will be served). On completion of your final game of Laser Quest, you will be shown to your party table where the children will be served their food!

We include a choice of either pizza or you can add hot dogs We also include squash throughout. Everything is included in our party packages, right down to the plates, cups and napkins!

If you have brought a cake, please give this to your Party Host on arrival, so we can put the candles in, light them and bring the cake to your table. Please remember to bring candles and matches, but please do not bring any sparklers, sparkler candles, indoor fireworks, party poppers, banners, silly string or products that contain confetti or glitter as it is really difficult to clean up afterwards!

After singing Happy Birthday, your party host will cut the cake up for all the guests which can either be eaten at the table, or put into party bags (if you have brought some with you). Our Birthday Party package will last approximately 2 hours from your initial arrival time.

Our exclusive Birthday party package includes exclusive use of the Laser Quest arena and party zone. Please note this does not grant exclusive use of the venue. Other members of the public will have access to the waiting areas and toilet facilities.

For non-exclusive Birthday party packages, please be aware that your party may be playing with other groups/players of mixed ages and abilities.

We understand that organising a party can be stressful, so we try to be as flexible as possible.

We always recommend booking for what you think will be your maximum number of players (if booking a non-exclusive game package or non-exclusive birthday party package) and to keep us updated on any changes to player numbers. We request that you let us know your final number of players at least 48 hours before the day of your booking.

Additionally, please do not turn up on the day with extra players, as we cannot guarantee that we will have available spaces.

Unfortunately you cannot reserve tables. However we do have additional seating in our main  area,  you would be welcome to arrive and find a table/seat. For Birthday party bookings, we do provide seating in our Party Zone for all party guests as part of the package.

Currently not, however this is something we are looking to introduce.

A waiver to play Laser Quest is not required, however you must agree to our Safety Rules and Rules Of Engagement before participating – please click here to read them.

Your participation in any VR experience means you have read, understood and agree to our waiver. You can read the waiver by clicking here. The waiver requires reading in full, and is not a waiver that requires signing.

We advise dark, comfortable clothes and flat shoes with a sole that grips.

Please note, that we do not allow customers to play bare footed, wearing heeled shoes or wearing open-toe footwear, such as flip-flops, sliders or similar. If you arrive in unsuitable footwear, we will not allow you to play for your own safety. A refund will not be offered.

Laser Quest is a non-contact activity. The rules are as follows:

• No running allowed.
• No crouching, crawling or lying down.
• No wheelie/heeled footwear.
• No swearing or foul language.
• No physical contact allowed under any circumstances.
• No disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behaviour.
• No climbing on the scenery.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy to any customers that verbally or physically abuse our staff or customers. If this happens, you will be asked to leave immediately, and the Police called where necessary.

We are inside The Panic Room Entertainment Centre in the St George’s Centre. Just next to PureGym and just a couple minutes walk from the St George’s Centre Car Park.

Yes parents are more than welcome to stay on site, we have a cafe are and licensed bar so you can relax and have a drink/snack whilst your child is at the Party.

Yes we do! Empty Laser Quest branded party bags for you to fill with goodies and Laser Quest branded invitations are available free of charge to pick-up from Laser Quest (for customers who have booked a Birthday party with us). Please call or email us beforehand so we can prepare your party bags and/or invitations.

We include cheese and tomato pizza as part of our Pizza Party Adventure packages and slushies. We also include squash throughout. We also offer jumbo hot dogs at an additional cost (£3.50 each) per person as an alternative to pizza, and customers booking parties can also purchase additional pizzas (at £7 each) when booking.

Our delicious cheese and tomato pizzas are cooked fresh in-house to order and baked in our stone-based pizza ovens for an extra crispy base! Our sourdough pizza bases are made, hand-stretched and stone baked in southern Italy to a traditional, authentic recipe. We only use the highest quality ingredients including our delicious gouda cheese and rich authentic Italian tomato sauce base. Serves 2 children.

Hot dogs – From £5
For guests that prefer something different to pizza, our jumbo beechwood smoked hot dogs are delicious and served in our premium hot dog buns. Our hot dogs taste great just as they are or you can finish it off with tomato sauce, mayonnaise, or a mix of the both for extra yum!

We also have a selection of confectionery and hot/cold beverages for sale behind the counter.

Unfortunately, other than a Birthday cake, no outside food is permitted into the venue, however we do have a Cafe and Bar area so you can purchase any refreshments required.

In the circumstance of any food allergies or intolerances, we advise that you bring suitable food for those guests please. We will keep their food separate from any other food preparation in our kitchen and will serve their food separately to prevent any possible cross-contamination.

Our kitchen handles products containing Milk, Wheat, Soya, Sesame Seeds and other common allergens. Whilst we take steps to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with serious allergies.

If you would prefer to keep food that you bring for guests with food allergies or intolerances separate, please keep it with you.

Please also note, that if you do wish for us to serve the food you bring with you to guests with food allergies or intolerances and there is any subsequent adverse reaction due to unavoidable cross-contamination in our kitchen, Laser Quest Gravesend cannot be held liable or responsible for this.

All you need to bring is a cake, candles and matches or a lighter – we take care of the rest! Please don’t bring ice cream, fresh cream cakes or any type of cake that needs to be stored in a fridge or freezer.
